Jefferson City, Missouri

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and time-management skills are required.
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, problem-prevent, and problem-solve required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team required.
  • Five (5) years’ experience in the transportation industry, including dispatching drivers, required.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in direct management of dispatch, routing, and driver management required.
  • Working knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations required.
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite is required. 
  • Familiarity with pre and post-trip inspections and vehicle maintenance of transportation equipment required.
  • Class A Commercial Drivers’ License (CDL) preferred.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage drivers to ensure on time delivery of products.
  • Handle all manpower and equipment needs.
  • Communicate in a professional and helpful manner with customers and other internal departments.
  • Promote safety with drivers through actions and communications.
  • Report immediately to the customer any delivery issues and work quickly to provide resolution.
  • Consistently review routes and contracted carriers for better utilization and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure all DOT recordkeeping and compliance regulations are met.
  • Guide, direct, and motivate the transportation team regarding the daily performance of their assigned duties in a manner consistent with the company culture.
  • Work with internal Maintenance team to ensure safe and complaint equipment is maintained.
  • Work with outside suppliers for off-site maintenance, roadside assistance, and contracted drivers or outside carriers when needed.
  • Establish and maintain internal systems for load-tracking, inventory, maintenance, and controls and be able to provide timely related reports to the management team.
  • Ensure consistent and professional communication with other departments, including Production and Sales, to ensure proper scheduling across all departments.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable state and federal laws.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational, verbal, written, interpersonal, and time-management skills are required.
  • Mechanical, maintenance, electrical, or repair experience is preferred.
  • Computer proficiency or experience with preventative maintenance software is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, and electrical systems in an industrial establishment.
  • Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
  • Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
  • Detect malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine.
  • Dismantle defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
  • Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
  • Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
  • Repair and maintain physical structure of establishment.
  • Set up and operate machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill, and milling machine to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs and fixtures, and tools.
  • Utilize the preventative maintenance software program to report on and track pending and completed tasks. 

Requirements:

  • Associate’s Degree in Industrial Technology, related field, or equivalent experience required, Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology, related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and time-management skills are required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are required.
  • Strong computer skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations, including welding, blasting, drilling, and fabrication required.
  • Experience with computer-based preventative maintenance systems preferred. 
  • Five (5) years’ experience in heavy fabrication preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the computer-based preventative maintenance system including set-up of impacted equipment, scheduling and execution of necessary maintenance, and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Work as part of the Maintenance Department to address equipment and process issues.
  • Assist the Environmental Health and Safety Manager in reviewing, revising, and improving existing procedures and documents to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineers, production staff, and quality control staff to implement lean manufacturing principles and ensure compliance with quality regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of plant improvement projects and processes.
  • Test, maintain, and improve existing control systems.
  • Provide technical and troubleshooting support for a variety of maintenance and production issues.
  • Analyzes data and report results with management and staff.
  • Serve as a liaison between vendors and staff to address technical needs, resolve issues, and ensure an excellent outcome.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and time-management skills are required.
  • Welding and/or fabrication experience is required.
  • Ability to use and read a standard tape measure is required.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings is preferred.
  • Heavy construction experience is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and assemble structural metal products.
  • Set up and operate fabricating machines such as automated welders, brakes, shears, cutting torches, and drill presses.
  • Grind, hammer, and chip workpieces to prepare for welding, cutting, bending, and straightening.
  • Use internal blueprints and procedures to verify conformance of welding and production processes to specifications.
  • Perform all functional aspects of steel fabrication as directed, including grinding, cutting, bending, welding, fitting, and assembly.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a construction related major or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and organizational/detail-oriented skills required.
  • Strong computer skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints preferred. 
  • Three (3) years’ experience in construction related field preferred.
  • Sales or project management experience preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with current and new customers to identify potential commercial and bridge sales opportunities.
  • Review and analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation, and prepare project specific cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with production, plant operations, engineering, detailing, shipping, accounting, and other sale personnel to ensure the job is completed on time and within budget.
  • Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff to address technical needs, resolve issues, and ensure an excellent outcome and experience.
  • Assist marketing department in efforts.
  • Act as lead on special projects and perform other duties as requested.

 

Sedalia, Missouri
